The Adult Day Center of Somerset County recently moved to its permanent home at 872 East Main Street, Bridgewater. To enrich their member's experience, they installed a hanging system through the main halls of the facility with the goal of presenting three to four special art exhibitions per year. The Center is looking for artists and artist groups with whom to partner.
The center is looking for a group of 10-15 artists to lend 3-5 pieces of their work for special exhibitions focusing on works that can be hung on the hanging wall system. Everything lent must be "ready to hang." Work can be for sale and will be labeled with artisit contact info. The Center will host an opening exhibition that will be promoted to their members, family, and supporters during the exhibition time.
Deadlines for submission:
July 31 for Fall exhibition
October 31 for Winter exhibition
January 14 for Spring exhibition
March 31 for Summer exhibition
Since this is a new venture, the Center is extremely flexible with the timing.
